Honesty:

1.. It is vitally important for users to be totally truthfull when listing their item's for sale. We reserve the right to ban users from the system who abuse it in any way.

To Buy:

1.. To locate items to purchase you can use the automated KEYWORD SEARCH function located at the top of every page or you can perform a manual search by scrolling through the items for sale in a particular category. If you do not find the item you are looking for enter it at the CONTINUOUS SEARCH page. The system will do an automated search of the inventory until a match is found at which time you will be notified by email.

2.. Trading-Place.com is not responsible for the condition of the items listed here. If you feel that an item which you have purchased was misrepresented by the seller you must deal directly with the seller to resolve the problem. Trading-Place.com acts only as a conduit to bring buyers and sellers together and does not get involved in disputes. However, if we receive complaints on a user (buyer or seller), we can suspend their right to use the system.

To Sell:

1.. First you must become a registered user by completely filling out the registration form.

2.. Next, you need to fill out an item details form for each item you wish to sell. Be sure to include all the information you have on the item (up to 250 characters in the description field). It is important that you do not in any way misrepresent the items you are selling.

3.. All items listed for sale will remain active for at least 180 days.

4.. There is no limit to the number of items which you may have listed at any one time.

5.. If you would like to post a photograph of your item along with your listing you can do so. Please email your photos in (.jpg) format to sales@trading-place.com.  Photo's in any other format will not be accepted.  Also, be sure to clearly reference which listing of yours  the photo should be linked to in the data base.   Pictures greatly increase the impact of your listing and we strongly suggest their use.
